Quantum work on a 'no win no fee' basis, to say this allows those who are short of cash to take legal action is only part of the picture. To me, a company which does not get paid unless they recover for a claimant demonstrates that it truly believes the claimant has a case.I had suffered from my solicitors negligence and the thought of paying a solicitor concerned me. Not only may I not get compensated, I will have to pay my new solicitor and possibly the costs of the other sides solicitor.
