The Company • Quantum Claims

The realisation that the general public would greatly benefit from a specialist compensation service came from our Chairman, Frank H Lefevre, a Solicitor in practice in Aberdeen since 1959.

Quantum was established in 1988 and now operates from offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness, and deal with around 5000 cases at any given time. Over 20 years we have built up an enviable reputation through settlement of many thousands of claims, totalling over £200million, including settlements ranging from £100 to well over £1million.

We deal with individual claims and multiple claims following disasters such as Piper Alpha and the Lockerbie air crash – no claim is too large or too small for Quantum’s consideration and progression towards settlement.

Quantum’s success rate is of winning some 9 out of every 10 cases taken on. In addition to handling cases in Scotland and the rest of the UK, our experience extends to the European Continent and U.S.A.

Litigation Finance and Support

Following Quantum’s successful launch of its litigation finance and support product, Solicitors now have a real alternative source of finance and support for clients where the only options would appear to be to withdraw from a case or for the client to be exposed to financial risks.

Please download the Quantum Solicitors Brochure for further details of the Quantum Litigation Finance and Support product, alternatively request a printed brochure by emailing litigation@quantumclaims.com, and should you have any queries or wish to discuss a particular case, please do not hesitate to contact Mr George Clark or Mr John Symon, Directors at Quantum, via our contact page.

How can we help?

Brochure for Solicitors

The cost of raising and pursuing court actions for deserving clients grows every year. Sadly the help given in the past by Legal Aid grows more difficult to obtain, and, in the case of Compensure no longer exists.
